Houda Chihi Senior Researcher, InnovCOM SupCOM Tunisia I am a Telecommunications PhD holder and Senior Researcher at Innov’COM Laboratory (Sup’COMTunisia), where my work sits at the critical intersection of wireless connectivity, artificial intelligence,and security. My research focuses on next-generation mobile networks, signal processing, andvehicular (V2X) communications, all anchored by a deep commitment to digital inclusion and equity.In 2019, I was selected as a TechWomen Emerging Leader by the Institute of International Education(IIE)—a milestone that culminated in a transformative professional mentorship at QualcommCalifornia. There, I gained hands-on industry exposure to cutting-edge 5G, V2X, and Wi-Fi 6technologies, bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world telecommunications R&D.Beyond the lab, I actively shape the global digital ecosystem through governance and policy. I serve asthe North Africa Coordinator for IPv6 Cybersecurity and am a contributing member of the AfricanUnion Expert Cybersecurity Group, the ISOC Tunisia Chapter, and the NCSG at ICANN. My dedicationto open, resilient internet standards is further underscored by my fellowships with both ICANN andthe IETF
Jiaju Zhang CTO of Red Hat Greater China Passionate about open‑source software and open‑source communities, he brings over 20 years of experience in product R&D, architecture design and team management across diverse domains including Linux operating systems, distributed systems, storage and high availability, virtualization and cloud computing, containers and cloud‑native technologies, as well as AI infrastructure. He has held senior technical roles such as Chief Architect, Technical Director and China Regional Technical Lead at well‑known multinational enterprises and leading domestic ICT companies. Additionally, as an individual contributor, he has initiated open‑source projects and successfully promoted them globally. Currently he focuses on incubating and promoting open-source communities related to AI inference, including vLLM and llm-d. He drives the execution of AI technology strategy and advances the innovative adoption of open-source AI products and solutions across vertical industries.
Liya Yuan Senior Engineer, ZTE Corporation Liya Yuan is a Senior Engineer at ZTE Corporation, dedicated to standardization research and open source development covering AI and telecommunication network convergence. Deeply involved in ITU-T standardization initiatives, she works as a key editor for multiple Recommendations. She currently chairs WG4 of the ITU-T AI-Native Networks Focus Group and holds the position of Associate Rapporteur for SG13 Q18. She also serves as Chair of the Technical Steering Committee for Adlik, an open-source AI project incubated under LF AI & Data Foundation, and is a member of the foundation’s Technical Advisory Committee.
Riccardo Trivisonno Head of Wireless Networks Research and Standardisation, Huawei Technologies & FG-AINN Chair Riccardo Trivisonno joined Huawei Technologies in 2011 and is currently serving as Head of Wireless Networks Research and Standardisation at Heisenberg Research Center, in Munich, Germany. His current focus in on wireless, networking and architecture technologies for 6G systems and standards. Riccardo has been serving as Chairman of 6G-IA Pre-Standardisation Working Group, Vice Chairman of one6G Association Board, and Chairman of ITU-T Focus Group on AI Native Network. He earned an MSc and a PHD in telecommunication engineering at the University of Bologna, in Bologna, Italy, in 2000 and 2005 respectively.
Shenglong Zhu Senior Engineer at Alibaba Cloud Shenglong Zhu is a Senior Engineer at Alibaba Cloud, specializing in operating system distribution engineering, and a maintainer of the OpenAnolis’ AI Special Interest Group (SIG). His work focuses on AI-native approaches to operating system development, integrating AI agents into software packaging, build workflows, and vulnerability remediation. He has led the development of components within the ANOLISA open-source project, which aims to build an AI-native operating system for running AI agents. He has also contributed to open-sourcing the Anolis OS 27 Monorepo within the OpenAnolis.
Sunny (Yang) Gao Founder and CEO of MindMux.ai Sunny (Yang) Gao is the Founder and CEO of MindMux.ai, an AI collaboration workspace built around project memory and knowledge management. He is also the initiator of ProjectBrain.md, OpenSource.Win, and Apache Answer, an open-source Q&A community platform. Over the past decade, Sunny has been exploring how open-source communities, structured knowledge, and AI agents can help teams collaborate and execute more effectively
Wei Meng Head of open source team at ZTE Mr. Wei Meng, head of open source team at ZTE. He has led technical pre-research of ZTE on artificial intelligence since 2016. He is committed to the research of “AI in 5G” and has been elected as the chairman of ITU-T FG-ML5G WG3 (Working Group of Architecture of Machine Learning in future network at ITU-T) in 2018. He has made outstanding contributions to FG-ML5G and taken the lead in drafting several standards such as Y.3172 (Architectural framework for machine learning in future networks including IMT-2020), Y.3173 (Framework for evaluating intelligence levels of future networks including IMT-2020), etc. In 2023 & 2024, he was successfully elected as the chairperson of the governing board of directors of the Linux Foundation AI & Data Foundation, and began to lead this foundation with 60+ members from around the world to expand its territory in the field of artificial intelligence open source technology. Mr. Wei Meng is the author of several standards at IETF and ITU-T on AI/NFV and has been granted more than 30 China and international patents.

Xingyu Shang Assistant Director, Big Data & AI Research Institute, China Telecom Research Institute Xingyu Shang, China Telecom Research Institute, Assistant Director, who engaged in standardization work related to AI and future networks, with the main research directions being application research in the vertical fields of future networks and AI. Serves as co-chair of the WG3 of FG-AINN of SG13, Associate Rapporteur of ITU-T SG20 Q2, and the chair of IEEE P3438 working group. Led and participated in the development of over 20 Recommendations in ITU-T including the first Satellite IoT Work Item, and published 6 technical papers
Yixin Wang CAICT Yixin Wang is responsible for project management within Computing and Network Convergence domain. Her core research covers emerging information and communication technologies, with a primary focus on Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN). She actively engages in international and domestic standards development and undertakes relevant technical research, verification and consulting projects.

His research interests include computing power network, Internet of Agents, aritificial intelligence, etc. He curretnly serves as Associate Rapporture for Q13 of ITU-T SG11 and was WG1 Chair of the ITU-T Focous Group of Autonomous Networks (FG-AN).
