Gerald Gerstbauer was born 1964 in Vienna. He holds degrees from the California State University Hayward, the IMADEC University and INSEAD, Fontainebleau. After working at the Austrian Social Insurance and the Federal Ministry of Employment, Health and Social Welfare he began his work at Siemens Business Services GmbH in 2000 as Manager of several departments. 2008 he became CEO of Wellcon Gmbh for Health and Medicine until 2010. He was nearly 20 years, to 2020 Senior Vice President at Atos CEE responsible for Public Affairs and Institutional Relations. In 2018 he decided to use his knowledge and great experience in business to ground Gerstbauer Strategic, consulting company with variety of clients all over the globe. Since 2013 he is President of ATAZ (the Austrian Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce).

After receiving his PhD there for a thesis on research and development management, he joined the Economic Transition and Integration Project at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis and worked with a group of renown economists to better facilitate the change from planned to market economies in central and eastern Europe. He has published or been co-author of many articles and books, the latest on the effects of the corona pandemic on international trade.

She developed around 20 Recommendations as a chief editor in ITU such as ITU-T L.1210, ITU-T L.1380, ITU-T L.1381 series Recommendation on smart energy. Moreover, she is also very active in Chinese domestic standardization activities and developed more than 20 Chinese standards including National standards, industrial standard and regional standards. She has got first prize scientific rewards from China Institute of Communications and first prize scientific reward from CCSA.

Prof. Rüdiger “Roger” Stix is developing and mediating neutral solutions and options for conflicting interests on ELSA, Ethical, Legal and Societal Impact of emerging and disruptive Technologies since 2012 on Dual-Use, and especially in urban industrial applications and on cross-border sensitive infrastructures with the integration of AI and the normative management of AI. Rüdiger Stix is graduate of the Maria Theresia Military Academy, the oldest Military Academy of the World, and of the University Vienna, second oldest in the German speaking countries after the Karl University at Prague (with a Mag. iur. and a Dr.iur.), and the ZMNE, Zrinyi Faculty of Military Sciences, Budapest (PhD.).
