FERRAZZINI Audrey Scozzaro

audrey.jpgAudrey is the Policy Lead for Standardization and Industrial Policy at Qualcomm for the EMENA region. Audrey’s main activities focus on European innovation and the digitization of the European industry, intellectual property and standardization policy. She is Vice-Chair of the AmCham EU Intellectual Property Rights Committee and member of the Executive Committee of the 4iP Council, an industry group involved in academic research into intellectual property rights.

Audrey joined Qualcomm in 2014 after working in both the public and private sectors for over 15 years. Initially working for the French government’s European Affairs Service, advising the Prime Minister’s office, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Culture and Communication, Audrey then led the Government Affairs team of BlackBerry in Brussels for 5 years. She holds postgraduate degrees in European and International Law from La Sorbonne, and in International Relations from the University of Pantheon-Assas, Paris. She has also completed the Executive Management Acceleration Program from INSEAD, Fontainebleau.

Audrey is based out of the Qualcomm Brussels office.
