Yushi Naito is a Senior Technical Advisor at the Information Technology R & D Center of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation since April 2006. He is advising on the telecommunications standardization activities of the divisions. He started his professional carrier at Mitsubishi Electric Corporation in 1975 in the development of Satellite Communication Systems. His ITU-T experience started in 1990 in SG 15, and includes participation in SG 9, SG 11, SG 12, SG 13, SG 16, TSAG and Review Committee. He was first appointed to Q.13/15 Rapporteur in 1992 and appointed to Working Party 2 Chairman of SG 15 from 2000 to 2004. He was appointed to Vice-Chairman and Working Party 1 Chairman of SG 16 from 2005 to 2008 and he has been taking SG 16 Chairmanship since 2008. He has also been appointed as the Vice-Chairman of Collaboration on ITS Communication Standards since the establishment of the group in Nov. 2011, and to JCA-IPTV Chairman since 2013.
