David Felland has distinguished himself in public broadcasting technology and management with accolades ranging from two Peabody awards for radio technical direction to a 21st Century award from America’s Public Television Stations for a digital tower project.
With over 40 years of professional experience in many facets of advanced technology, Felland brings technical expertise as well as a creative vision to his work. His years of experience in radio and television production at Minnesota Public Radio and Twin Cities Public Television led to upper management positions with Milwaukee Public Television, the Wisconsin Educational Communications Board and the University of Wisconsin. He currently serves as Chairman of the International Electrotechnical Commission TC 100 standards-setting activities.
