Through its Digital Inclusion activities, the Telecommunication Development Bureau supports members in their efforts to bridge the digital divide and empower all people—regardless of age, gender, ability, or location. By promoting ICT / digital accessibility policies and strategies as the universal design in technology, we aim to ensure that everyone, everywhere  can equally and equitably use ICT products, services and applications and can meaningfully participate in the digital society.
