About License Use of logos ITU World Radiocommunication Seminars (WRS) World Radiocommunication Seminars are organized biennially as part of the Radiocommunication Bureau capacity building programme to assist our members to strengthen spectrum management and the application of the Radio Regulations. In 2020 the World Radiocommunication Seminar (WRS-20) was presented as a two-week online event. For the first time, the seminar Plenary Sessions were open to everyone, including entities that are not members of the Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R).The Radiocommunication Bureau has compiled the ‘Best of WRS-20’ which is a collection of the videos and presentations made during the seminar. They include presentations on the application of the provisions of the Radio Regulations, the results of the 2019 World Radiocommunication Conference, the activities of the Terrestrial and Space Services departments, the work of the various ITU-R Study Groups, and current trends in various radiocommunication services. If you missed the 2020 seminar, the Best of WRS-20 can be treated as an on-demand conference that should be consumed serially, but at your convenience. If you were able to attend the WRS-20, the Best of WRS-20 Library will allow you to revisit the specific topics, videos, and presentations that most interest you.
