ITU Regional Office for the Arab States
The ITU Regional Office for the Arab States serves as a regional representation for advancing connectivity and inclusive digital transformation across its 22 Member States in the Arab Region. Working closely with its Member States, Sector Members, Associates, Academia, Regional Organisations, and international partners, the Office contributes to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030, in full alignment with ITU Resolutions, regional priorities, and national visions.

ITU Plenipotentiary Conference (PP-26)
Meeting every four years, the conference sets out ITU’s overall direction, approves strategic and financial plans, and elects the organization’s five top officials, 48-seat Council membership, and 12 Radio Regulations Board members.
The next ITU Plenipotentiary Conference (PP-26) is set to take place in Doha, Qatar, from 9 to 27 November 2026.
