Amendment 2 to G.9961 contains the following:
1) Revision of text for §8.3.3.4.3 "CBTS back-off rules" according to C2287R1 (Issue 4.2.5)
2) Addition of working text for new §8.3.8 "Extended acknowledgements" according to 2013-01-Q18-Metanoia-002R4 (Issue 4.15). Moved to baseline text in 2013-04-Q18-R61a2.
3) Revision of the text for §8.5.3 "Routing of ADPs" according to C0367 (Issue 4.25).
4) Addition of working text for new §8.6.2.4 "Bandwidth update protocol for prioritized connections" according to §3 of 11GS2-040R2 (Issue 4.8.1). Further revision of the text for §8.6.2.4.1.1 "Format of BU_BWUpdate.req" according to 2013-01-Q18-MRVL-004R2 (Issue 4.21).
5) Revision of the text for §8.8.4 "TXOP descriptor" according to 2013-04-Q18-025R2 (Issue 4.22)
6) Revision of text in Table 8-88 in §8.10.1.1 according to §3 of 11GS2-040R2 as working text (Issue 4.8.1). Table 8-88 has been aligned with G.9961 Corrigendum 1 and Amendment 1.
7) Revision of the text for §8.12.1.2 "Establishment of a data connection" according to 2013-01-Q18-Sigma-05R4 (Issue 4.16.1).
8) Revision of the text for §8.17 "DLL multicast stream" according to 2013-04-Q18-025R2 (Issue 4.22).
9) Addition of text for new §8.20 "Metrics acquisition" according to C0367 (Issue 4.25).
10) Addition of working text for new Annex X "Test vectors" according to §3.3 of 11GS2-039 (Issue 4.9). Update of the working text for Annex X "Test vectors" according to §3.2 of 11BM-062R1 (Issue 4.9.3). Update of the working text for Annex X "Test vectors" according to §3 of 2012-05-4B-026R1 (Issue 4.9.4). Further revised according to C0283 (Issue 4.9.7).
