Revision of §13.2 according to working document "RRC reset for SRA R1" (Issue 0.11.2.9.1) 2) Add new §A.3.4 "On-line reconfiguration command" according to C1149 (Issue 0.11.17) 3) Revise §B.3 "Management plane procedures" according to C1149 (Issue 0.11.17) 4) Revise §C.2.1.3 "O-PMS" and §C.2.2.2 "R-PMS" according to §3.2 of 10MB-045R1 (Issue 0.11.2.4 and Issue 0.11.2.6) 5) Add new §C.3.2 "On-line reconfiguration (OLR) commands and responses" according to §3.1 of 10MB-045R1 (Issue 0.11.2.3 and Issue 0.11.2.6) 6) Add new §C.4 "Timing of changes in control parameters" according to §3.3 of 10MB-045R1 (Issue 0.11.2.4 and Issue 0.11.2.6). Revise §C.4 "Timing of changes in control parameters" according to C1150 (Issue 0.11.2.9).
