Summary: This draft Recommendation addresses the need for skilled personnel and effective monitoring in the renewable energy sector by detailing the requirements of the Metaverse-powered skills Training System, for renewable energy plant installations and monitoring. The Metaverse-powered skills Training System integrates Metaverse technologies, IoT sensors, and data analytics to enhance training and real-time monitoring of renewable energy installations. The Training System provides immersive training simulations for technicians to practice installation and maintenance procedures in a safe environment, reducing on-site errors. Additionally, the integration of Metaverse with IoT-enabled monitoring capabilities allows for real-time data visualization, analysis, and proactive maintenance, leading to optimized energy production and reduced downtime. By providing the requirements, the Recommendation aims to improve operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of renewable energy installations, supporting the sustainable growth of the sector.
