Summary:

The store and forward mode for the fixed, mobile and satellite convergence is intended to provide communication service for UEs under satellite coverage with intermittent/temporary satellite connectivity (e.g. when the satellite is not connected via a feeder link or via ISL to the ground network). This Recommendation specifies the requirements, architecture ,service procedure and network aspects and security considerations of store and forward for fixed, mobile and satellite convergence in IMT-2020 networks and beyond.
