This Recommendation provides the signalling requirements and data models for service function chaining orchestration based on SRv6. SRv6-based SFC has two modes depending on whether the service functions support SRv6 forwarding. This Recommendation focuses on signalling procedures and signalling requirements of SFF information reporting and service function orchestration.
