This draft Recommendation specifies monitoring model and key parameters of cloud computing-based intelligent computing. It introduces a four-layer hierarchical monitoring model consisting of the IaaS layer, PaaS layer, MLaaS layer and SaaS layer, and identifies the essential parameters at each layer. The objective is to provide a technical basis for intelligent computing metering, performance optimization and regulatory compliance of intelligent computing in cloud computing environments.
