This Recommendation specifies the signalling and protocols of IMT-2020 networks and beyond to support user plane computing. Based on the framework of user plane computing in the IMT-2020 networks and beyond [ITU-T Y.3331], the signalling requirements, signalling flow and message format for user plane computing are specified.
