This Recommendation specifies the end-to-end signalling requirements and control procedures for carrier-grade massive data transmissions scenarios. Aiming at the service characteristics of ultra-high throughput, long-duration continuous transmission and large-granularity elastic bandwidth adjustment of TB/PB-level bulk data services, this work item establishes a unified layered signalling architecture covering service orchestration, network control and edge access layers. The standard provided a standardized technical solution for large-scale, standardized, and reliable deployment of massive data transmission services for computing power network scenarios.
