Summary:

AI capabilities used by terminal-side applications may be provided by cloud platforms, edge nodes, home gateways and terminal-side components in integrated broadband cable network environments. This Technical Report studies AI capability gateway functions that may support capability discovery, service invocation, task management, provider selection, fallback, monitoring, audit, policy control and interoperability. The study focuses on terminal-side AI service invocation and may provide a technical basis for possible future standardization work.
