Summary:

This Recommendation specifies technical requirements and a reference architecture for cross‑institutional media service platforms with permissioned distributed ledger technology (DLT) support. It addresses the lack of unified architecture, insufficient trusted collaboration mechanisms, and inconsistent adaptation of emerging technologies in current media service platforms. This Recommendation defines a reference architecture comprising a media business layer, a platform collaboration layer, and a trusted support layer, and provides requirements for cross‑institutional content sharing, content traceability, and trusted support functions. It is applicable to the construction, development and operation of such platforms over integrated broadband cable networks, enabling reliable and efficient collaboration among cable operators, content providers, and other media institutions.
