Summary:
|
Emerging services such as ubiquitous intelligence, multi-agent collaboration and enterprise AI applications have generated new traffic patterns. These services feature high-density simultaneous access across domains and terminals, persistent long-link sessions and strongly coupled states in multi-round interactions. Bidirectional traffic keeps expanding with frequent data exchanges and strict latency requirements. Meanwhile, encrypted traffic accounts for an increasingly large proportion, placing higher demands on traffic identification capabilities.
In view of massive simultaneous access of intelligent applications, nested long-link interactions, strong state coupling, stringent latency requirements and intense cross-service resource contention, this proposal defines the core NGNe capabilities that operators need to iterate to support ubiquitous intelligent interconnection networks. The key capabilities cover AI task identification and classified management of multi-type service requests, comprehensive optimization of service experience assurance and fault handling mechanisms, enhanced high-simultaneous control via distributed governance strategies, and the construction of a hierarchical elastic resource isolation system, so as to provide stable intelligent service and achieve efficient utilization of network-wide resources.
So far, there has been no standardized work items of requirements and capabilities of next-generation network evolution to address the challenges of massive traffic simultaneous transmission.
