The convergence of computing, networking, and storage resources in IMT-2020 networks and beyond necessitates a standardized way for exposing these capabilities to upper‑layer applications, third‑party applications, developers and autonomous systems.
This Recommendation specifies requirements, framework, and procedures for the capability exposure of coordination of networking and computing in IMT-2020 networks and beyond (CNC). It aims to provide a unified and standardized way for discovering, invoking, and handling converged resources, thereby enabling dynamic, intent-driven service provisioning across CNC infrastructures.
