This Recommendation provides technical requirements, design principles and implementation guidelines for energy efficiency control of data centre water cooling systems. It aims to solve common industry problems including rigid control logic, poor equipment coordination, low energy efficiency, weak security, and lack of lifecycle management. By integrating big data models and digital twins, this Recommendation establishes a layered framework that covers equipment data collection, hardware control, networking and application management. Through all-season automatic energy efficiency control, dynamic cooling system management and multi-dimensional efficiency evaluation, this Recommendation supports data centres in reducing cooling energy consumption and making significant progress toward advanced PUE levels.
