Summary: This Recommendation specifies a methodology for conducting subjective quality of experience (QoE) tests for cloud-gaming, with the specific purpose of supporting the development, validation, and benchmarking of objective QoE models. It provides a common and operational framework for designing, executing, documenting, and reporting subjective studies across major cloud-gaming modalities including PC, mobile, VR and AR. The Recommendation is intended to improve the reliability, reproducibility, and comparability of subjective datasets used for objective model development. To this end, it addresses key aspects such as relevant quality dimensions, representative test conditions, experimental procedures, data collection, metadata handling, and reporting requirements. The Recommendation is model agnostic and is designed to provide a methodological basis for future objective QoE model work within SG12
