With the rapid advancement of intelligent transport system (ITS) technologies, the vehicle-road coordination management platform has been increasingly deployed to enhance transportation safety and efficiency. The management platform processes large volumes of data from vehicles, roadside infrastructure, and supporting systems such as mapping, meteorology, and positioning services. As the core of ITS, the management platform introduces new cybersecurity and data security challenges to the overall system. Therefore, ensuring the security of the management platform is essential to protecting the entire ITS ecosystem.
This draft Recommendation identifies security threats to the vehicle-road coordination management platform and elaborates corresponding security requirements.
