Summary: This document proposes a new ITU-T Technical Report establishing security guidelines for agentic AI systems operating within IMT 2030 based HetNets. It addresses the security gap created when autonomous, goal-directed AI agents capable of perception, reasoning, peer collaboration, and tool-mediated actuation are introduced into the communications control and management planes alongside traditional NFs. The report will define a reference framework, agentic AI driven threat taxonomy and a minimum set of governance primitives, that together constitute a trusted network communication.
