Industrial parks are concentrated areas of energy consumption and carbon emissions. This draft Recommendation proposes a framework of intent-driven service for industrial park energy management, which connects the intent-driven service with the IoT-based energy management systems. The framework enables the system to understand business intents, continuously monitor and dynamically optimize control commands after strategy execution, and thereby achieving intelligent decision-making for industrial park energy systems. This draft Recommendation specifies the overview, requirement and framework of the intent-driven service for industrial park energy management.
