This draft Recommendation specifies requirements and capability framework of Operation, administration and Maintenance (OAM) for IoT-based electric power infrastructure monitoring system (IoT-EPIMS). OAM for IoT-EPIMS can enhance the stability and reliability of the IoT-EPIMS itself, enabling it to provide real-time and accurate data support, thereby achieving effective energy management in smart sustainable cities and communities (SSC&C).
