Summary:
|
With the rapid development of smart cities and the increasing adoption of electric vehicles, IoT-enabled charging services have become a key component for the coordination of urban energy, transportation and power systems. Establishing a unified, standardized and quantitative evaluation framework with key performance indicators is essential for improving service quality, ensuring grid safety and enhancing user experience.
This draft Recommendation will define a systematic evaluation framework for IoT-enabled EV charging services in smart cities. It will provide a unified basis for performance evaluation across stakeholders, and supports the standardized, intelligent and sustainable development of EV charging services.
