Summary: The use of intelligent robots in fire emergency rescue faces challenges such as harsh on-site environments, high rescue risks, low efficiency of traditional modes, and lack of unified technical standards. This draft Recommendation addresses these issues by introducing requirements and capabilities for intelligent robots in fire emergency rescue scenarios: – A common IoT framework is used to organize multi-source information related to fire emergency rescue; – Requirements and capabilities of the intelligent robots are specified to support collaborative on-site search and rescue, disaster disposal, evacuation and other subsequent fire emergency activities; – The fire command and rescue management center dynamically allocates the tasks to the intelligent robots and is connected to the fire command center to give feedback to the execution of the intelligent robots for the execution optimization.
