Summary: The AI agent system for smart office is a component in achieving the intelligent transformation of smart cities. It represents a paradigm shift beyond traditional deterministic automation, characterized by systemic autonomy, collaboration synergy, context-awareness, and objective-driving. Within the AI agent system, a synergistic workflow is established. IoT facilitates ubiquitous connectivity and real-time perception, transforming physical office entities into interconnected service nodes throughout their entire lifecycle. By leveraging Big Data technologies for dynamic data mining, the system is capable of comprehending complex business contexts. It interprets high-level collaborative office objectives and specific user office instructions, utilizing the AI engine to perform autonomous planning, actions, and intelligent insights. Through a closed-loop feedback mechanism, the system enables the continuous iteration of office processes and the self-evolution of AI models. This draft Recommendation specifies the requirements and framework of AI agent system for smart office, aimed at enhancing operational agility and organizational productivity, optimizing the employee experience, and providing robust support for smart cities.
