Summary:
|
Digital twin-based factory is a kind of virtual reality factory where every production line, equipment and devices in the factory are mapped to specific locations within the digital twin factory. Smart factory will generate a large amount of information and data. How to achieve efficient, intelligent operation, maintenance and management of factory through these data will be the key to smart factory. Through the digital twin factory, factory managers can know the operation status of each production line (such as equipment fault, status, energy consumption, line balance, qualification rate, etc.) through various statistical data and charts, and make reasonable arrangement. During the inspection process, if the maintenance personnel encounter uncertain data and information, they can check the equipment information anytime and anywhere through mobile terminals or glasses. Newcomers can use PC, glasses or HDM to learn theoretical knowledge, such as factory management, knowledge of various production line equipment and devices (including device shape, function and performance parameters), equipment operation and assembly /disassembly process, without the need to personally enter the real factory to operate, thereby improving efficiency, saving costs.
This document provides the requirements and capability framework for digital twin-based factory information presentation system.
