Summary:
|
The global transition toward sustainable energy has led to the rapid, large-scale expansion of wind power into remote and offshore environments, where traditional manual inspection is increasingly time-consuming, labor-intensive, and inefficient. While computer vision (CV) is increasingly adopted, the industry lacks a systematic functional architecture. These gaps result in high integration costs and constrained cross-vendor system integration. To ensure the high-precision, real-time identification of critical risks and the seamless integration of intelligent monitoring technologies, it is imperative to establish a standardized functional architecture that specifies the functional entities and reference points.
This draft Recommendation is based on ITU-T F.743.33 Recommendation’s defined requirements and reference framework. It specifies the functional architecture, describes functional entities, and reference points.
