This Recommendation specifies the capabilities and framework of a Security Event Intelligent Analysis (SEIA) system for IMT-2020 Networks. The SEIA system utilizes AI/ML to perform global correlation and intelligent analysis on dispersed security events, thereby enabling comprehensive threat discovery, assessment, and profiling.
By transforming security events into structured threat intelligence, SEIA system serves as the essential “intelligent detection”component, forming a complete “Intelligent Detect → Intelligent Response”operational closed loop for IMT-2020 Network security.
