AI-enabled smart tour guidance systems represent an emerging form of cultural tourism service that integrates mixed reality (MR) navigation with AI-driven real-time interaction and content generation. By enabling natural language dialogue and contextual information delivery during on-site visits, such systems can significantly enhance visitor engagement and cultural understanding in museums and cultural heritage sites.
