Summary:

The standards development of the framework and functional architecture for the integration of QKDN and UNemc have been completed. Basic capabilities of the control, management, and orchestration of the integrated QKDN and UNemc defined in the framework and functional architecture documents. This draft Recommendation addresses the importance of this work and defines the detailed functional architecture extension, functional elements, reference points, and procedures for the control, management, and orchestration of the integrated QKDN and UNemc.
