Summary: This draft Recommendation defines requirements and architecture to develop a consent orchestration framework for network provisioning in multi-user and multi-domain environments. The framework provides cross-domain coordination and trust-aware alignment of consent decisions in accordance with existing ITU-T Recommendations. These enhancements are expected to enable trust enhancing coordination of consent decisions, improve trust assurance, and enhance the trustworthiness of confidential data sharing in multi-user and multi-domain environments.
