Summary:

This work item will align with the QKDN architecture and QoS principles specified in the Y.3800 series Recommendations.
This work item will reference Y.3806 on general QoS assurance requirements, Y.3817 QoS assurance requirements for QKDNi, and Y.3832 on functional aspects of QKDN orchestration.
The proposed recommendation will be studied in a harmonious manner with existing and ongoing works in ITU-T and relevant activities in other SDOs.
