Summary:
|
FMSC is the capability that provides services and applications to end users regardless of the fixed, mobile or satellite access technologies being used. Edge intelligence deploys AI/ML capabilities at the network edge to achieve real-time local data processing, intelligent decision-making, and rapid service response. This Recommendation specifies the general considerations, requirements, framework, network function enhancements, procedures, and security considerations of edge intelligence in FMSC. The radio aspects are out of the scope of this Recommendation.
