Summary: The AI-agent communication network refers to the network that provides globally interconnected, on-demand, secure, and controllable connectivity for the information exchange and task collaboration among AI agents of different forms, capabilities and users. This Technical Report aims to study signaling flow, protocol, interface and message format of AI-agent communication network to support trusted ubiquitous access, and user-centric flexible networking in the context of IMT-2020 and beyond.
