This draft Technical Report focuses on service quality degradation root cause analysis in IMT-2020 network and beyond. This draft Technical Report provides signalling requirements and protocol procedures to collect user perception and network status information during service execution, and complete service quality degradation root cause analysis. The objective is to enable comprehensive, dynamic, and fine-grained collection of user perception and network state information, facilitate service quality degradation root cause analysis in IMT-2020 and future networks, and support the deployment of emerging services.
