Summary: As a published Recommendation in the Q-Series focusing on Network Intelligence Capability Enhancement (NICE) for Next-Generation Networks evolution (NGNe), [ITU-T Q.3064] specifies the signalling architecture supporting awareness capabilities, the interaction of functional entities, and the signalling architecture. It provides key technical basis for operators to build next-generation networks featuring dynamic resource scheduling and intelligent traffic management. Although [ITU-T Q.3064] specifies the several message descriptions as follow: Messages for acquiring raw detection information of link metric Messages for acquiring raw detection information of interface metric Messages for acquiring raw detection information of device metric Messages for service level agreement alarm policy provisioning However, these messages only cover a very small part of the NICE messages. To enhance the universality and usability of NICE and lay a foundation for the subsequent promotion and implementation of NICE, this new work item aims to revise [ITU-T Q.3064] by adding more message descriptions to it, including: Messages for device configuration Messages for Ethernet configuration Messages for network slicing configuration Messages for acquiring network configuration Messages for acquiring device chassis status information Messages for acquiring path information
