Summary:
|
Big data infrastructure, as a core component of digital infrastructure, undertakes the key functions of data aggregation, storage, processing, and integration within the big data ecosystem. Data sharing across big data infrastructures has increasingly become normalized, serving as an important approach to unleash data value and promote collaborative innovation. However, data sharing across big data infrastructures faces multiple challenges: inconsistent security management across infrastructures, ambiguous responsibilities between stakeholders, and a lack of effective trust mechanisms. Coupled with the inherent characteristics of data, such as non-exclusivity, easy replicability, and high mobility, further exacerbate security risks.
This draft Recommendation outlines general concepts, analyzes security risks, and provides practical security guidelines for data sharing across big data infrastructures. It aims to enhance trust among data sharing entities, ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of cross-infrastructure data sharing, and support the healthy development of relevant businesses.
