The emergence of diverse and immersive services in the IMT-2020/2030 era demands higher network quality, challenging traditional network-centric optimization methods that rely solely on technical KPIs - often misaligned with actual user experience. This draft Recommendation proposes a big data-driven networking (bDDN) based architecture and mechanism for user experience awareness, leveraging multi-domain anonymized, aggregated data and AI analysis to accurately perceive and predict network user experience, enabling intelligent network operation and optimization. It enables a transition to user-centric network operations, establishing a new paradigm for continuous user experience improvement.
