Summary:
|
This draft Recommendation aims to define a framework for ensuring the trust of AI data across distributed systems for intelligent IoT services. It addresses the increasing need for quantifiable assurance of AI data quality, consistency, and reliability as AI systems are increasingly deployed across hierarchically organized distributed environments comprising devices, intermediate nodes, and cloud systems. The proposed framework includes functional components such as data trust validators and confidence filters, as well as feedback and recovery mechanisms to handle anomalies and drift in real-time AI services. By supporting consistent validation, trust propagation, and recovery across these hierarchical levels, the framework enables reliable AI data processing and supports AI-driven decision-making for intelligent IoT services.
