Summary: By introducing the distributed implementation based on distributed ledger technology into S-NICE, the distributed S-NICE enhancements based on Distributed Ledger Technology, which provides high efficiency of service enabling and modification and preventing malicious attacks, improving the efficiency of some network services compared with the traditional centralized designed S-NICE system. The requirements and framework of distributed S-NICE based on DLT has already been standardized in SG13 [ITU-T Y.3321]. And the ongoing work item Y.SNICE-DLT-arch(Functional architecture of distributed S-NICE based on DLT) provides the functional architecture of distributed S-NICE. will be the basis for this new draft recommendation. In SG11, the signalling architecture of network intelligence capability enhancement (NICE) in support of awareness capabilities has already been standardized by [ITU-T Q.3064]. And the ongoing work item Q.S-NICE-SA (Signalling architecture of S-NICE(Software-defined network intelligence capability enhancement)) provides the signalling architecture of S-NICE. The above Recommendations and ongoing work items are the basis of this new work item. To implement the signalling architecture, signalling requirements and signalling procedures of distributed S-NICE based on DLT, we propose to specify the signalling architecture of distributed S-NICE based on DLT.
