Summary: With the rapid development of foundation model, the demand for high availability in AI cloud platform has significantly increased. AI cloud platform not only deliver stable service capabilities, but also enable real-time monitoring of resource utilization and operational status across all service, promptly detect runtime failures while providing alerting and intelligent maintenance functions. This Recommendation provides general technical requirements for a high-availability AI cloud platform for foundation model development, including monitoring capabilities, alerting capabilities, and operation capabilities. This Recommendation is to improve the application development support capabilities of the AI cloud platform to better assist implementers in developing foundation model.
