Summary:

Retail stores are one of the important application fields of the IoT. The usage of IoT enables "smart
retail stores". More and more smart retail stores rely on various IoT devices and are closely integrated with electronic shelf labels, product management system, etc., resulting in complex network structures and diverse application in smart retail store.
This Supplement focuses on the security threats and requirements of IoT based smart retail stores. The purpose is to improve the security protection capability of the smart retail store systems during operation and maintenance.
