The development of smart farmland is an important issue of global concern. Smart farmland production has evolved from the primary stage to the advanced stage. A large number of manufacturers provide various types of sensors and subsystems. But these vertical subsystems are independent of each other, and the data and information are not effectively shared.
In order to integrate these vertical subsystems and fully utilize the data and information, it is necessary to define a unified farmland production platform, which can effectively utilize resources, and support multiple applications. This platform can effectively integrate multiple subsystems, improve data usage efficiency, and support farmland production decision-making ability. It can provide comprehensive and clear guidance for the production of smart farmland, and can guide the development of the entire industry chain towards more advanced level.
