This Recommendation focuses on methods for interested parties to evaluate the environmental impact of server products. It covers evaluation principles, basic requirements, environmental impact indicators, assessment reports and disclosure requirements.
Environmental impact indicators cover environmental performance, resource utilization, energy performance, low-carbon performance and product-related attributes.
It aims to facilitate server manufacturers and data centers in energy conservation, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and help realize the green and low-carbon development of the ICT industry.
