This Recommendation defines the essential electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements for Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface (RIS) and ancillary equipment. This Recommendation also describes the test conditions for emission and immunity testing. Methods of measurement and limits for emissions, test methods and levels, performance assessment, and performance criteria for immunity tests are also specified.
