Summary:
|
Emergency telecommunications service (ETS) is a national service providing priority telecommunications to the ETS authorized users in times of disaster and emergencies. Fixed, mobile and satellite convergence (FMSC) is the capability that provides services and applications to end users regardless of the fixed, mobile or satellite access technologies. Take advantage of multi-access, the FMSC network is capable of providing emergency services to international users. This Recommendation specifies the overview, requirements, enabling technologies and network function enhancements of emergency service provision for fixed, mobile and satellite convergence in IMT-2020 networks and beyond.
